Avocados are a source of biotin, they help to prevent dry skin and brittle hair and nails.


Beta-carotene - found in carrots is a powerful antioxidant that will help keep your skin bright and vibrant while also reducing and repairing sun damage.


Grapefruit is rich  in Vitamin C which delays or reduces the process of wrinkles.


Rich in -3 fatty acids, Salmon is a skin regenerated. They help maintain cell membranes keeping it hydrated and plump.


Broccoli contains Vitamin A, a vitamin that improves the turnover of cells in the skin meaning it is renewed faster.



Tomatoes are high in Vitamin C and lycopene. Vitamin C is involved in collagen production and Lycopeneis an effective antioxidant both which fight against free radicals that damage skin cells.
